ENGL 1281 Writers Guild Training -Fundamentals (2 credits)

Offered: January 12 – May 10

LEAD 1105 Practical Leadership Skills 1 (1 credit)

Offered: Session 2 (March 16 – May 10)
Instructor: Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: In order to register for this course, students must have completed LEAD 1101.

LEAD 2150 Leadership Practicum (3 credits)

Offered: January 12 – May 10
Instructor: Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: In order to register for this course, students must be enrolled in the LSC Program and have completed LEAD 1101 and LEAD 1105.

MINS 1000 Mentoring Program (0 credits)

Offered: January 12 – May 10
Coordinator: Rev. Rose Gadigian
Mentors: Rev. Kenneth Frazier, Rev. Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: To register for this program, students must be enrolled in the MSC-B Program and have completed at least six program credits.

MINS 1110 Homiletics 1 (1 credit)

Offered: Session 1 (January 12 – March 8)
Instructor: Carla Groenewegen, Director of Summit University
Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must be enrolled in the MSC program (Tracks A or B).
Note: There is an additional technology requirement for this course. See the description in the Course Catalog for details.

MINS 1650 Intensive: Pastoral Assistance (on-site intensive for MTC-B program)  (1 credit)

Offered: March 2021 (dates to be determined)   Location (Inner Retreat or Virtual) to be determined based on COVID-19 developments in Montana; please do not purchase airplane tickets until further notice.
Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must be enrolled in the  MTC-B program and have completed 12 program credits, including COMS 1101, LEAD 1101, MINS 1110, and PSYS 1201, by the end of Spring Semester 2021 (not including this intensive).

MINS 2000 Mentoring Program (0 credits)

Offered: January 12 – May 10
Coordinator: Rev. Rose Gadigian
Mentors: Rev. Kenneth Frazier, Rev. Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: To register for this program, students must be enrolled in the MTC-B Program and have completed at least 9 program credits.

MINS 2380 The Universal Principles of Spiritual Community (1 credit)

Offered: Session 1 (January 12- March 8)
Instructors: Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must be enrolled in the MTC program (Tracks A or B) or take the course as an audit student (please see the Registrar to enroll as an audit student in this course).

MINS 2603 Foundations of Family Ministry (1 credit)

Offered: Session 1 (January 12- March 8)

Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must have completed EDUC 1233.

MINS 2610 Pastoral Counseling and Care (3 credits)

Offered: January 12 – May 10
Instructor: Rose Gadigian
Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must be enrolled in the MTC program (Tracks A or B).

MINS 2650 Intensive: The Aquarian-Age Minister (on-site intensive for MTC-B program)  (1 credit)

Offered: during Spring Break (March 9-12)   Location (Inner Retreat or Virtual) to be determined based on COVID-19 developments in Montana; please do not purchase airplane tickets until further notice.
Prerequisites: To register for this course, students must be enrolled in the  MTC-B program and have completed 12 program credits, including MINS 2110, MINS 2610, MINS 2780 and PSYS 2201, by the end of Spring Semester 2021 (not including this intensive).

MINS 3280 A Spiritual Perspective on the Issues of Our Time (1 credit)

Prerequisites: In order to register for this course, students must be enrolled in the MTC-A or MTC-B Program.
