Termination Policy

Student enrollment may be concluded under the following circumstances:

  • When a student requests cancellation or withdrawal in writing
  • If the student is dismissed, documented evidence for dismissal will be provided to the student. Dismissal may occur on the following grounds:
  • Felony conviction
  • Substance abuse
  • Instructor recommendation based on just cause
  • Absence of cooperation
  • Failure to pay fees
  • Use of profanity
  • Plagiarism
  • Intentional misuse of online privileges
  • Falsification of any documentation or coursework
  • Violation of the Student Code of Conduct
  • Disrespect towards instructors or other students
  • In the event of dismissal on any grounds, a description of the causes will be noted on the student’s permanent record.
